## CURRENT STATUS - lavocat.quebec

### What's Working:
✅ Static assets loading (CSS/JS)
✅ Login works (admin@example.com / admin123)  
✅ Database has 20 users, 4 cases (SQLite)
✅ /create-case now mapped to /hire/new-case.html
✅ Most navigation works with auto .html append
✅ APIs accessible at /api/* → proxied to localhost:3000

### What's Broken:
❌ /api/live-cases returns "Internal server error"
❌ /user/profile stuck on Loading (session issue)
❌ Pages requiring auth stuck on Loading

### Root Issues:
1. NEXTAUTH_SECRET was changed - old session cookies invalid
2. Live-cases API needs to be rebuilt but build isn't picking up changes
3. SQLite schema has different relations than code expects

### Quick Fixes Needed:
1. Get live-cases API working (rebuild issue)
2. Clear session cookies and re-login
3. Update all APIs to match SQLite schema
