Platform Reliability Update — 99.97% Uptime & Self-Healing Infrastructure

GoSiteMe platform reliability and uptime

Built to Stay Online

Reliability is not a feature — it is a foundation. Over the past quarter, GoSiteMe achieved 99.97% uptime across all services, including web hosting, Alfred AI, GoCodeMe IDE, and the WHMCS client area. Here is what powers that number.

Self-Healing Infrastructure

Our infrastructure monitors itself continuously. If a service becomes unresponsive, the system automatically restarts it within 30 seconds — no human intervention required. This applies to web servers, database instances, Redis caches, and AI model endpoints. In Q1 alone, the self-healing system resolved 142 potential incidents before any customer was affected.

DDoS Protection

Every GoSiteMe account is protected by our multi-layer DDoS mitigation system. The shield inspects incoming traffic in real time, rate-limits suspicious patterns, and blocks malicious requests before they reach your website. During Q1, we mitigated over 3,200 attacks ranging from simple floods to sophisticated application-layer exploits.

Automated Backups

All hosting accounts receive daily automated backups retained for 30 days. Backups include files, databases, email, and DNS configurations. Restoring from a backup takes less than five minutes through the client area — or ask Alfred to do it for you.

Transparent Status Reporting

We publish real-time service status and historical uptime data on our status page. Every incident — no matter how small — is documented with a timeline, root cause analysis, and resolution summary. Transparency builds trust, and we take that seriously.

What's Next

In Q2, we are rolling out geographic redundancy with a secondary data center for automatic failover. Our target is 99.99% uptime by the end of 2026. We will keep you updated as we hit each milestone.
