Alfred supports full voice interaction in both English and French. Here's everything you need to know about using voice control.
How to Use Voice
Open Alfred
Click the Alfred widget on any GoSiteMe page, or visit alfred.php for full-screen mode.
Click the Microphone
The microphone icon starts recording. Speak clearly in a normal conversational tone.
Wait for Processing
Alfred converts your speech to text using Whisper STT, then processes your request.
Listen to the Response
Alfred responds with natural voice (Kokoro TTS) and shows the results on screen.
Voice Tips
🌟 Be Specific
Instead of "fix my site," try "check if example.com is returning any errors and show me the access log."
🎙 Quiet Environment
For best recognition, use voice in a reasonably quiet environment.
🔄 Interrupt Anytime
If Alfred is speaking and you want to change your request, click the mic again — he supports voice steering.
🇨🇦 French Works Too
Alfred understands French — just speak in French and he'll respond accordingly.
