AI-Generated Presentations & Slide Decks

GoSiteMe's AI tools can create complete presentations from a simple text prompt. Whether you need a pitch deck, a team meeting summary, or a product demo, Alfred generates professional slides in minutes. This guide shows you how to create, customize, and export AI-generated presentations.

Creating a Presentation

  1. Open the AI Media section in your GoSiteMe Dashboard.
  2. Select Presentations.
  3. Enter a prompt describing your presentation, for example: "Create a 10-slide pitch deck for a SaaS product that helps restaurants manage online orders. Include market size, features, pricing, and a call to action."
  4. Select a theme: Professional, Minimal, Bold, Creative, or upload your own branded template.
  5. Click Generate.

Alfred creates slides with titles, body text, bullet points, and suggested images. The process takes 30–60 seconds for a 10-slide deck.

Customizing Slides

After generation, use the built-in editor to refine your presentation:

  • Edit text: Click any text block to modify wording.
  • Swap images: Click an image and choose from AI-generated alternatives or upload your own.
  • Reorder slides: Drag and drop to rearrange the sequence.
  • Add or remove slides: Click + to add a new slide, or right-click to delete one.
  • Change theme: Switch themes without losing content—formatting updates automatically.

Data Visualizations

Alfred can generate charts and graphs from your data:

  • Paste a data table or describe the data verbally.
  • Alfred creates bar charts, pie charts, line graphs, or infographics.
  • Charts are editable—update values and labels directly in the editor.

Exporting & Sharing

Export your presentation in multiple formats:

  • PPTX: Compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • PDF: For print or email distribution.
  • HTML: For embedding on your GoSiteMe website.
  • Share link: Generate a view-only or editable link for collaborators.

Tips for Better Presentations

  • Be specific in your prompt—include the number of slides, target audience, and key messages.
  • Use the Speaker Notes feature to add talking points generated by Alfred.
  • Ask Alfred to adjust tone: "Make the presentation more casual" or "Use formal business language."
  • For multilingual audiences, ask Alfred to translate the deck into another language.
