Ascension of Isaiah 4
1
And the vision which he had seen, Hezekiah reported to him in the fifteenth year. And Isaiah the son of Amoz had given them.
2
And when Hezekiah the king of Judah had seen the vision and had declared it to him, Isaiah knew that his end and departure from this world was nigh.
3
And Isaiah prophet said to Hezekiah: I have spoken; this generation is condemned, and all their deeds are set in the fire of judgment.
4
But the Plant which the twelve apostles of the Beloved shall plant: this shall rule over all the world.
5
And the Holy Spirit shall be withdrawn from many, and there will not be in those days many prophets, nor those who speak faithful words, save one here and there in diverse places.
6
On account of the spirit of error, and of fornication, and of vainglory, and of covetousness which shall be in those who shall be called His servants and who receive Him.
7
And there shall be great hatred in the shepherds and the elders toward each other. For there shall be great jealousy in the last days; for every one shall speak what is pleasing in his own eyes.
8
And they shall make of none effect the prophecy of the prophets which were before me, and these my visions also, that the making of revelations of His heart should be of none effect.
