Is there really a free trial?
Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features during the trial period.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and select digital wallets through our secure Stripe payment processing.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you 17% compared to monthly pricing. You pay for 10 months and get 12 — that's 2 months free. For example, Professional is $83.25/year instead of $119.88/year.
What are tool calls?
A tool call is when Alfred executes a specific AI tool on your behalf — like drafting a contract, analyzing data, generating an image, or researching a topic. Starter plans include 50 calls/day, while Professional and Enterprise have unlimited calls.
What is a fleet?
A fleet is a group of AI agents that work together on complex tasks. You can assign different specialties to each agent and have them collaborate. Starter includes 1 fleet with 3 agents, Professional includes 5 fleets with 10 agents each, and Enterprise has unlimited fleets and agents.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What are overage charges?
If you exceed your plan's limits (e.g., API calls, voice minutes), you'll be billed at transparent per-unit overage rates. For example, extra API calls are $0.001 each and extra voice minutes are $0.05 each. You can view your usage anytime from your dashboard.
Is Alfred available in French?
Yes! As a Montreal-based company, we're fully bilingual. Alfred works in both English and French across all plans — including voice commands, chat, and all tool outputs.
How does plan switching work?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to your next bill. Changes take effect immediately.
